One basic interior cleaning per operating day includes a light vacuum, surface wipe and trash removal. Additional cleaning, deep cleaning, spills, stains and excessive messes are also covered as needed, with no separate cleaning fee. One exterior detailing per vehicle each week is also included. Physical damage requiring repair or replacement is billed separately.
Electricity is not included in the management fee. Depot charging usage and applicable charges are itemized and billed monthly under the rates and allocation method disclosed in the service agreement. Off-site and public charging remain the owner’s responsibility.
Maintenance scheduling and coordination are included. CYBERDOCK arranges service appointments and tracks the work. Actual maintenance and repair labor, parts and tires are billed separately.
Vehicle purchase or financing, insurance, taxes and ride-network fees remain the owner’s responsibility.
Flex’s 20% management fee applies to each vehicle’s ride revenue after ride-network fees and before other operating expenses. It is a share of revenue, not profit.
Monthly base fees are charged per vehicle and apply during months with no ride revenue while the service agreement remains active.
